To request a new password:

If you need to generate a new password, please click on the link in 'Forgotten your password? Retrieve it here' (just under the login area), enter the contact e-mail address, and click submit.

  

To update nameservers (DNS Hosts) linked to a domain name:

Login to the registrant, admin, or tech contact's account using the login box at the top right of this page or the top right of the home page. On the main page of the account, click on the domain name itself. Enter the new nameservers in the appropriate fields and click submit. Please allow 24 hours for nameserver propagation once updated. If this is the first time using the nameservers in our system you will need to enter the IP addresses as well as the nameserver names.

  

To renew a registration:

Login to your account then click on the 'Renew Domain' link on the left-side of the page. Enter the name of the domain and click 'submit'. Choose the length of renewal, enter the credit card information, and click 'submit'.

  

To update details linked to a contact (including password):

Login with the current contact e-mail address of the contact you wish to update. On the main page of the account, click on the 'Update My Information' link. On the next page, update the details as needed and click submit. When updating the details please be sure the name is entered as 'FirstName LastName' with only alpha characters and one space between the first and last names. Please also be sure the phone and/or fax numbers are entered as +(country code).(phone number), or +1.1234567890. If the details are not in this format when a contact update is made, no updates will be made.

  

To update contacts linked to a domain name to reflect a new party:

The new party will first need to register a contact through the 'Create Account' tool in the left hand navigation bar of the index page. Once the new contact is registered, you will be able to link them to the name (as registrant, admin, billing, and/or tech contact) through your account. To do this, login to the registrant or admin contact's account using the login box at the top right of this page or at the top right of the home page. On the main page, click on the domain name itself. The details linked to the name will appear on the next screen. Enter the new contact's e-mail address in the appropriate field(s) and click submit.

  

To set up webhosting available through the accounts:

Login to your account in the normal manner. Click on the 'Set Up Webhosting' link on the left-side of the page. Choose the name you wish to host in the drop-down menu, choose the Hosting Plan in the drop-down menu, enter the credit card information, and click submit. Once the hosting has been created the name will automatically be redelegated to our nameservers and a hosting icon will appear next to the domain name in your account. Please allow 24 hours for nameserver propagation. To access the hosting/email configuration page, click through the hosting icon next to the domain name in your account. This will bring up a new window where you can configure the associated web site and email account(s).

  

To transfer a domain name to our system:

Login to your account using the login box at the top right of this page or at the top right of the home page. Click on the 'Transfer Domains' link. Enter the domain name(s) you wish to transfer and choose the length of renewal you wish to include with each transfer. Enter the contact email addresses you wish to have listed once the name is transferred into our system. Enter the credit card details and click submit. If you are requesting the transfer of a .org, .info, or .biz domain name you will need to provide the Authorization Code in the provided 'AuthInfo' field. If you are not sure of the Authorization Code, please first contact the current registrar to obtain the Auth Code as the request will not be able to be submitted without this information.

  

To update the status of a domain name:

Login to the registrant or administrative contact's account. Click on the 'Lock/Unlock Domain' link on the left of the page. Follow the provided instructions on how to update the status to Lock or to Active

  

To obtain an authorization code:

Login to the registrant or admin contact's account on this site. Click on the 'Obtain Auth Code' link on the left-side of the page. Choose the name for which you need the authorization code in the drop-down menu and click submit.

  

To register a nameserver (DNS Host):

Login to the admin or tech contact's account. Click on the 'Create Host' link on the left-side of the page. Enter the hostname, the IP address, and click submit. Please note that in order to register a DNS Host the parent domain name of the DNS Host must be listed in your account.

  

To update a nameserver (DNS Host):

Log in to the account of the technical or admistrative contact for the parent domain of the nameserver you wish to update. For example to update ns1.example.com you will need to log in as the technical or administrative contact for example.com. Click on the 'Update Host' link on the left-side of the page. Enter the hostname, the new IP address, and click submit. Please note that in order to update the details linked to a DNS Host, the parent domain name of the DNS Host must be listed in your account.
